  • Protege Leadership Training: SOARS values professional and personal development. To that end, all of our proteges take part in Leadership Training at the start of the summer program.

  • Off-site Research Projects & Field Campaigns : Being a SOARS protege involves more than just research at NCAR or other Boulder area labs. Our proteges have taken part in exciting research projects and field campaigns across the country and the globe.
